Why Did I Receive an Error Message While Enrolling My Device? (Android)

There are two error messages you could receive while enrolling FreeMyApps onto an Android device.

"Looks like we’re having trouble enrolling your phone or tablet."

Currently, we are compatible with Android 4.0 and higher. If you received the error message above, we are not able to enroll your device because your device is currently not compatible with our application. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but you will be unable to use FreeMyApps on this device at this time.

If you have an iOS 6.0+ or Android 4.0+ device, feel free to try the enrollment process again on that device to see if you are more successful.

"Sorry but we have encountered a problem with your device."

This error message is triggered when using the same Facebook account to enroll FreeMyApps onto 5 or more devices. To avoid this error, please verify your account under a different Facebook page or log out of your Facebook account under the FreeMyApps menu on one of your devices.
