My Credits Disappeared! How Do I Get Them Back?

If your credits are suddenly missing, there are three potential reasons why:
- You have recently switched to a new device.
- You have recently cleared your cookies.
- Your account has become inactive, which means you haven't successfully received credits from an offer for 60 days. (Please note that social share credits aren't able to keep your account active.)
If you've recently switched to a new device:
Your FreeMyApps credits will NOT be able to move over to your new device as part of your new account. For more information on cashing out your current credits and starting a new account, please click HERE.
If you've recently cleared your cookies:
Don't worry, your credits are not lost! As long as you have not changed devices, you just need to download a new sponsor app. Once you successfully download a new offer, your old credits will reappear along with your new credits!
If your old credits still do not appear in your account, it is most likely a settings issue. Please click HERE to review your settings.
If you have been inactive for at least 60 days:
Your credits will expire after 60 days of inactivity. We will be happy to restore them, but first you need to turn your account back to active. To complete this step, all you need to do is download and earn credits on your next sponsor app. (Please note that social share credits aren't able to reactivate your account.) Your credits DO NOT restore automatically - our support team has to do that for you! So, once your account is active, please contact our support team so we can restore your credits!
To avoid losing your credits again in the future, please make sure you download at least one sponsor every 60 days.
